What We Offer
The Slingshot Fellowship is a 18-month program that includes three retreats with other young Jewish philanthropists and monthly webinars with top professionals. Fellows will develop technical philanthropic skills and build relationships with influential leaders in philanthropy, the Jewish community, and beyond.
What Participants Gain
- A customized leadership assessment for young philanthropists to better understand their strengths, interests, and areas for growth
- Knowledge of the roles, responsibilities, and influence young philanthropists have in the Jewish community
- Relationships with senior leaders and/or foundation professionals in the Jewish community
Who Participants Are
This program is for:
- Young philanthropists between 23 and 39 years of age
- Funders ready to explore philanthropic identity
- Leaders who relate to philanthropy as an expression of Jewish values
- Donors who dedicate resources, time, money, and networks to help solve a problem in the world

Virtual Kickoff Event:
Retreat 1: Friday, March 5 - Sunday, March 7, 2027
Retreat 2: Friday, September 17 - Sunday, September 19, 2027
Retreat 3: Friday, May 19 - Sunday, May 21, 2028
Tuition
Tuition for the Slingshot Fellowship is $15,000. This fee covers all aspects of the Fellowship experience, including:
- Three immersive retreats, including lodging and meals
- Monthly learning sessions with leading philanthropic and Jewish communal professionals
- Personalized mentorship and coaching
- Leadership assessments and individualized development planning
- Program materials and resources
- Access to a powerful network of peers, mentors, and philanthropic leaders
Participants are responsible only for travel to and from Fellowship retreats.
