Board Leadership
At a time when many Jewish organizations must adapt, recharge, and respond to pressing concerns, Slingshot is re-imagining philanthropic leadership to be more than financial giving.
Board Matching
Slingshot supports young philanthropic leaders in connecting with meaningful board service on nonprofit boards in the Jewish community. Board Matching utilizes a high-touch approach akin to a concierge program that centers the individual and their skills/interests as the guiding metrics for a match.
Through this program, we are also supporting Jewish nonprofits by helping them expand their Next Gen leadership and build towards long-term sustainability.

Board Leadership Lab
The Board Leadership Lab provides space for young, Jewish philanthropists to share and explore the challenges of being on a board, through a Jewish lens, in a cohort of peers and mentors. Together, we’ll explore “system, self, and role” within board leadership in the Jewish community, exploring questions such as: What is my role and responsibilities as a board member? How can I be most effective and supportive? How can I best lead?
